In 2012, by HEC (Higher Education Commission) University of the Balochistan has ranked among the top 20 universities of pakistan and the large sized and multiple faculties universities of Pakistan. UOB (University of Balochistan) offers wide variety of Graduates, Postgraduates, and PhD programs. A great number of educational institutes of Balochistan are affiliated with University of the Balochistan. University of the Balochistan is working as an authoritative body to raise the standard of education in the country. University of the Balochistan (UOB) has itself to provide innovative academic research programs that will meet the needs of students in relation the knowledge endeavoring the age of skill. The university has also introduced new academic discipline according to the modern requirements. This step taken by the university has gradually expanded the activities of University.

The main responsibilities of the university include the affiliation of educational institutes at graduate and postgraduate level. One of the main responsibilities of the university is the conduction of annual of annual as well as supplementary exams of various levels. Almost Eight thousand students are presently attending the university. University of the Balochistan (UOB) has total thirteen faculties within which there are almost sixty-three academic departments, institutes and research centers as well. UOB has the highly experienced teaching staff that provides the instruction and guidance to the students related to the field of Arts, Information Technology and Science.

The University is accountable to hold the exams of graduate and postgraduate level every year. The University holds the Bachelors exams in August while announce the date sheet for these exams one month earlier whereas it holds the Masters exams in the month of December. This year, the University announce the date sheet for B.A and BSc exams in the month of October and B.Com date sheet in August while conduct the exams in the month of december and january respectively. While, University announce the date sheet for M.A and MSc exams in the month of December and January and hold the exams for these disciplines in March. Now all those candidates who were appeared in these exams are waiting for their results impatiently.

University has finalize all the arrangements for the declaration of University of Balochistan Result 2019 and it has been expecting that it would be announced in the last week of January or might be in the first week of Febuary.
